After a successful sale, the seller receives a shipping label. The package goes first to our verification centre — not directly to the buyer.

The fragrance goes through our structured verification process: authenticity, condition, fill level and liquid are documented.

After passing the test, we send the fragrance safely and insured to the buyer. Only then will the proceeds be released.
